MEMBERSHIP
For administrative and insurance reasons we require all participants of BPNH programs and activities complete a “Membership Application Form” before they commence any class or activity offered.
A $6 per calendar year membership fee (non-refundable) is required from all participants in BPNH programs and activities including Playgroup. This must be paid on enrolment.
Payments are accepted either by cash, Eftpos/credit. We do not accept payments over the phone or bank cheque.
Full course fees are due when enrolling. Please contact the Manager if you have difficulty with payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: The Centre may at times cancel a program or activity if the minimum class numbers are not achieved. If this occurs, you will be contacted in advance, and all fees paid will be refunded.
REFUNDS: A full refund will be given if notification is received 5 (five) working days prior to commencement of a program or activity. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in no refund being given. There are no refunds or discounts for missed classes.
